Milosevic's Great Rock 'N' Roll Swindle

Now that the new federal government is formed we can examine all events related to the recent elections in Serbia. What really happened on October 5th, who supported whom and why nothing changed at the end are some of the questions that will be answered here.

History

We all know that Milosevic rules country not by popular support but by brutal force and huge support from Stalinist-imperialist elements from Kremlin. Milosevic did have substantial support in 1987 but when multiparty system was introduced in 1990 his popularity went down sharply because he was supporter of Soviet system rejected by Eastern Europe at the end of ‘80s. Milosevic's biggest card was Serbian nationalism and creation and preservation of one big united Serbia. His first swindle happened during 1990 elections when he cheated big to win and his party SPS especially by winning 80% of seats in Serbian parliament. Huge demonstrations were organized on March 9th 1991 as an attempt to overthrow him and satisfy people's will by getting rid of supporters of Soviet system. This attempt failed and in June 1991 war broke out in Slovenia, later in Croatia and finally in Bosnia in 1992. Ever since 1990 elections Milosevic popularity was declining steadily and the only thing that kept him in power was powerful police force and support from Kremlin. Russian government saw in Milosevic a powerful figure who can make a huge mess in Balkans and cause big problems to the West and NATO. Milosevic was used as a bargaining chip for Europe that was supposed to drain more money from IMF to Russia and at the same time to slow down NATO expansion to the East. During that time Kostunica was a staunch supporter of Serbian racism (nationalism is often mistaken term used by many) and supporter of Greater Serbia that would take most of the former Yugoslavia. Only difference between him and Milosevic was that he never joined communist party. This is the same case as with Seselj who was begging communists to let him in CPY for years before he became known as chetnik Vojvoda (Duke). It is also important to know that Kostunica was never arrested or even threatened by Milosevic's regime although other opposition leaders were frequently harassed, arrested, beaten up and several assassination attempts. This tells us a lot of. Kostunica. He was either working with Milosevic or he was considered as a total outsider. Kostunica's political career started in Democratic Party formed in 1990 by then president Micunovic. In 1992, Kostunica left Democratic Party and formed his own party DSS.. Kostunica's DSS was formed from those who upported DEPOS and its leaders Panic and Cosic. As Milosevic, they never said this openly but they were supporting Karadzic and Mladic which is the same thing. We all know what these two butchers did in Bosnia and what were their goals. This breakdown in Democratic Party was created by Milan Panic himself who worked for Milosevic and helped him fool the West and people of Serbia by giving them foul hopes and telling lies. His brief political career helped greatly Milosevic by presenting that there are no serious candidates and serious opposition parties that can shake Milosevic's rule. Panic helped weakening Draskovic's influence and breaking apart Democratic Party. After Panic's elusive campaign in 1992, Serbian opposition was left in disarray while Milosevic only strengthened his power. It is also important to mention that Dobrica Cosic, agent of world communism, convinced communist and supporter of Soviet type systems was with Panic at that time. When youth organization Otpor was at the peak of their popularity in the spring of 2000 Cosic joined them as well. After that he moved to Kostunica's team where he is even today. Cosic is serving as a mole that systematically destroys any resistance against Stalinism and communism in Serbia by misguiding resistance and spying for Milosevic and his Stalinist forces.

Elections

Blatant preelection campaign of lies started from both sides in August based on phony polls conducted by who knows who organizations never before heard and specially created for elections. Opposition polls claimed that Vojislav Kostunica, leader of DSS, small and irrelevant party that never achieved anything with couple of thousands of members was far ahead from Milosevic. Everyone was for Kostunica while just a month before he wasn't even considered as potential presidential candidate because of his low popularity. Milosevic's pollsters claimed Milosevic's popularity is unsurpassed and that no one can beat him. Djukanovic and his party refused to take part in federal elections due to illegal constitutional changes.

After lots of tensions elections went as planned and first official results showed that coalition SPS-JUL and their Montenegrin lackeys SNP (only 25% of Montenegrins casted their balots) won convincing majority while Milosevic failed to win the first round as predicted by his party. Kostunica was far ahead but without 50% of all votes which forced second round. U. S. State Department, however, announced that there will be no second round just days after the first official results were known. This indicates that there was a deal between them and Putin's administration and that disobedient Milosevic or even Putin himself decided not to comply with previous agreement. On October 5th, Velja Ilic, mayor of Cacak entered Belgrade with paratroopers and kickboxers and stormed RTS building capturing state TV and source of SPS propaganda. At the same time, Captain Dragan, former leader of Milosevic's paramilitary formations in Krajina and his mercenaries stormed Beogradjanka building where the most popular local TV station Studio B is located. This was presented as people's uprising in Belgrade, a lie big as the one that there was no ethnic cleansing in Kosovo by Milosevic's police force and MUP in 1999. Ordinary people were just spectators watching armed groups of men fighting each other. Police station in the part of Belgrade known as Stari Grad was stormed by unidentified group of people who took almost 500 pieces of weapons including 8 machine guns, 203 automatic rifles, 10 snipers and 239 hand guns. Everything but peaceful resolution. Next day, unidentified military personnel went to Milosevic's home in Dedinje and forced him at gunpoint to accept Kostunica s the new president or be shot on sight. Kostunica declared himself a president after that and there was no second round just as predicted by U. S. State Department. Coincidence or act of Gods?

Aftermath

Nevertheless, Kostunica's victory was useless because Milosevic's coalition and their lackeys from Montenegro were to form federal government leaving Kostunica without parliamentary support. In order to establish any government that will look like American victory, U.S. administration continued pressure and forced DOS and Milosevic's lackeys to form coalition government leaving Milosevic's coalition powerless. Mira Markovic was elected and she will serve her term in Yugoslav parliament which makes whole thing ridiculous. At the same time, American administration supports both Djukanovic and his rivals that are now forming federal government while Djukanovic seeks independence. Clinton's administration further pushed through DOS for extraordinary Serbian elections as well because as you know no one gives a damn about federal government. Serbian and Montenegrin parliaments continuously disrespect federal laws and decisions of federal parliament. That's why we must have Serbian elections as well. We even have new American polls. According to them Kostunica has the same popularity from the day one and that is 56% while Milosevic is second with only 4%. Don't' forget, however, that presidential elections will not be held which means that war criminal and member of Milosevic's SPS, Milan Milutinovic remains the president of Serbia until elections in 2002. Same polls predict 10:1 ratio of deputes in Serbian parliament, 61% will vote for DOS and only 6% for SPS. Now you should ask yourselves, why the hell SPS-JUL-SRS coalition agreed to this extraordinary early elections when they were holding 192 seats out of 255? Probably the same reason Milosevic accepted Kostunica as the new president, forced at gunpoint.

I recommend reading following article: "How the West Organised Milosevic's Downfall" which pretty much explains what happened but not everything and that part you will find here. It is true that U.S. and the West invested a lot of money to defeat Milosevic but knowing how they are efficient it is hard to believe that this was the only reason for Milosevic's removal from the position of the president of FRY. More likely, in our opinion, is that there was a deal between Putin's Stalinist government and Clinton's administration, some kind of a compromise. If article I mentioned is the truth and nothing but the truth then it fails to explain why after Milosevic's downfall situation in Serbia is far worse while many of Milosevic's men still hold firmly their positions and how come that democratic opposition of Serbia formed government on federal level by forming coalition with Milosevic's lackeys from Montenegro? Why would Washington wanted to support those who fought against Djukanovic and his democratic reforms while giving full support to Milosevic? There are three crucial points relevant for terrible outcome of recent elections and they are:

      1. Democratic Opposition of Serbia (DOS) is consisted out of 18 parties that have different programs and agendas. Their protests after NATO airstrikes in 1999 failed big time by ending in the December when only couple of hundreds of people gathered. This shows that people's support for them is zero which again shows that people are sick and tired of hearing false prophets, crooked politicians and cheap propaganda. They realized then finally that they are powerless to do anything, that there is no one who will fight for them and their interests. That's why results from artificial, mushrooms after rain polling agencies just before elections are simply ridiculous. Claiming that almost 60% of voters would vote for Kostunica and that almost 80% of voters will cast their votes is pure lunacy based on excessive use of LSD and marijuana. These predictions are even worse than of those from Milosevic's pollsters conducted during his reign of terror. Their predictions were around 50% for Milosevic while turnout was around 65%. American administration openly admitted that all those pollsters indicating Kostunica's victory were paid by U.S. while those indicating Milosevic's victory were labeled Russian. It seems that there are no independent Serbian pollsters in Serbia. You either have those financed by U.S. or Russia. This is really sad. Elections are decided over the red phone not by the people's ballots. What happened with media repression and illegal constitutional changes and biased election laws that favored Milosevic and his SPS? Where were OSCE observers to monitor elections? Suddenly, DOS wins big despite everything. This is hardly to believe.

      2. Clinton and his administration invested a lot in Balkans and when his term was about to expire they needed quick victory, removal of Milosevic and establishment of democratic government. U.S. elections are on Tuesday and DNC needs something big on international scene in order to help Gore wins presidency as well as more seats in Congress and Senate. We already stated that Burma and Tibet were lost, that Middle East was a huge failure not to mention other hot spots in the world. Clinton's further backing off from missile defense systems and further compromises with China presented U.S. not as a superpower but as a giant who is confused and losing ground. What happened with mighty U.S. Navy fleet? All it takes is one speed boat with C4 and they can't dock in any Arab port being feared for their security. Instead of a deal in the Middle East there is now even more fighting. That's why coup d'etat was staged in Belgrade and presented as people's uprising in order to describe these events as victory of Clinton's foreign policy. However, not a single war criminal has been extradited to the Hague tribunal until today from FRY, war criminal Milutinovic is still the president of Serbia, new president of FRY is a Nazi who serves Kremlin.

      3. Putin wants return of Stalinism and liquidation of a small bunch of democratic forces in Russia. Billions of dollars sent by IMF, war in Chechnya, total lack of support for Putin in Russia (who the hell would vote for KGB agent to be sent back to gulags and executed) and support for numerous terrorist and outlaw states around the world forced Putin to give something up. That's how Serbia had to be sacrificed.

Conclusion and final thoughts

All this reminds us of Cuban crisis when Kennedy was presented as the winner while no one mentioned American missiles being removed from Turkey. Everyone is saying that Milosevic is gone and that this single fact is a reason for celebration but what about other things they are keeping out? Truth is that Milosevic and Putin made another swindle and this time this is the great one, retiring Milosevic and replacing him with the same type Kremlin pawn who will continue to serve his Russian masters faithfully as Milosevic did for the past ten years. There is no firing squad for Milosevic, no Hague cell, not even a traffic ticket. Milutinovic, one of Milosevic's most faithful men remains president of Serbia until 2002 and Mira will tell her stories in Federal parliament. This is truly amazing.

We can also compare fall of Ceausescu and fall of Milosevic as well and find that after Ceausescu was removed from power and executed, Romania immediately formed new government, reforms were under way, heating started working again and secret food supplies were discovered. Everything was done in a bliss. What is going on in Serbia now is worse than anything before. Country is paralyzed by lack of electricity, shortage of food supplies, heating is almost hard to notice, there is no money. But those were the days of Bush's administration and these days are days of Clinton's scandalous kindergarten administration. The same goes if we compare NATO airstrikes against Serbia and brief Gulf war in 1991. Clinton was afraid to deploy ground troops and finish it quickly and effectively like Bush did. Clinton himself said that the biggest achievement of his presidency is that he was able to stay in the White House while everything else collapsed. Wow, what a great achievement! Because of him, chaos in Serbia continues and Russian imperialism will not retreat soon from Serbian soil. Someone said that Clinton is larger than life person. Too bad that he isn't larger than life president.

Who is going to be the next president of USA will be decided on Tuesday but who ever wins it can only bring good news to Serbia. You can't go worse than with Clinton. Recent "secret" discoveries by Gore's campaign team that Bush was arrested for drinking driving reminds us of Bush's Sr. campaign from 1992 when he lost elections. His campaign team then discovered that Clinton was smoking marijuana in college. That only made Clinton more popular because millions of Americans are drug addicts and want drugs legalized. I already sense Russian vodka support for Bush.

To sum up, president of FRY is Russian stooge and Nazi, president of Serbia is Milosevic's lackey and war criminal Milutinovic, federal government is coalition between DOS (18 different parties that have nothing in common) and Milosevic's lackeys from Montenegro, Serbian government currently is not functioning at all due to obstructions from Milosevic's SPS and Seselj's radicals, there is no electricity, no heating, no food, no money, prices have skyrocketed, national currency is worthless, economy is nonexistent and not a single war criminal has been arrested or extradited to the Hague tribunal. If this is victory then Al Gore is inventor of the Internet.
